In an increasingly "globalized" and integrated world, knowledge of other cultures is an advantage as well as an enrichment, facilitating the establishment of bonds and spreading a feeling of mutual tolerance. Canadian multiethnicity does not show a cultural flattening, but instead a sharing of different artistic realities that keep alive their traditions. On the other hand, the uniqueness of Italian culture, considered as art but also as cuisine, is the emblem of a knowledge that has always attracted the whole world.
