Uses and customs are basic for a society and they represent the uniqueness. Language, music, art and books contain the essence of peoples and their peculiarities, creating the distinctions. In an increasingly "globalized" and integrated world, knowledge of other cultures is an advantage as well as an enrichment, facilitating the establishment of bonds and spreading a feeling of mutual tolerance. Canadian multiethnicity does not show a cultural flattening, but instead a sharing of different artistic realities that keep alive their traditions. On the other hand, the uniqueness of Italian culture, considered as art but also as cuisine, is the emblem of a knowledge that has always attracted the whole world.
